Major Kitchen and Living Room Renovation

When we first met with this client, he was expecting his first child and desperate to find just the right home to gut and remodel.  With our assistance, he was able to accomplish his goals on budget and on time.  When we found this beautiful home, located on a cul-de-sac street in Bay Village, OH we knew we would be able to turn it into the home that our clients had envisioned.

To accommodate large family and friend gatherings, we were able to create an open living concept with   larger and more functional  kitchen area and a casual dining area by removing the wall to the adjacent formal dining room and expanding into the space.  We also opened up the wall from the kitchen to the front living room space which will now function as a formal dining room.  Doing so allowed views to the street from the kitchen and tons of natural light to enter the home from all directions.

Along with the space redesign, we updated all finishes, fixtures and flooring.   We also updated the fireplace wall with future build-ins in mind.
